Add Metrics to RetryableHTTPClient (#4545)

* add response body size metric to InstrumentedTransport, add InstrumentedTransport to RetryableHTTPClient

* add doc to responseSizeCounterReadCloser, remove unused field from test

* record response using ContentLength
