- Parse the beacon SSID as a raw element instead of casting it to struct ieee80211_ssid, which read the EID byte as the length - Zero pad owe_ssid before the copy so a shorter SSID leaves no stale NVS bytes in the tail - Skip the pinned BSSID check for validated OWE transition beacons, which can only ever match one half of the pair - Limit OWE transition handling to connect scans so app scans keep the normal filtering path
